FIRST TIME GUESTS

Welcome to the Treetop!

We are so glad that you are taking a closer look at Calvary Tuscaloosa, and the Treetop Ministries.   

To assist, you can print off the Registration Form in advance, here.  

Teachers and leaders will be ready to accept children 15 minutes prior to start of each Worship service.  

Directions for First Time Guests:

1.  Enter through the main Welcome Center entrance located on 12th Avenue.

2. Come to the bottom floor where you will immediately find the Treetop. 

3. Proceed to the Welcome Desk where you will be greeted by one of our friendly Welcome Team volunteers.

4. Once at the Welcome Desk you will be asked to give us some information about you and your child.  This will help in our security process and allow us to keep the Treetop a safe environment for you and your child. 

5. Someone from the Welcome Team will assist you in finding your child’s proper classroom. We place children based on two things: 1.  If they are under the age of 2, we place them in a class based on the development (sitting up, crawling, walking, etc.) 2. If they are 2 or older, we place them in a classroom based on the school calendar.

6. You will be given a pager (if you would like) and a security tag (which you will need to pick your child up)…see our Need to Know tab for more details here. 

7. You will then be shown where the Sanctuary or the Small Groups are, depending on where you are headed.  

Directions for Returning Guests

1. You do not need to stop at the Welcome Desk after your first initial visit, unless you would like to pick up a pager.

2. Take your child to their proper room, where you will sign them in and get the security tag for you and your child.  If  you don’t remember what class they were in, please ask for assistance at the Welcome Desk. 

3. If you have any questions, you can return to the Welcome Desk and someone would be happy to assist you.
